Receptionist at Hotel Kramm

Hotel Kramm is now looking for a receptionist who wants to be part of our team and contribute to providing our guests with a warm, personal, and professional experience.

About the position

As a receptionist, you are the hotel's face to the outside world and the first person our guests meet. The work is varied and includes, among other things:

• Check-in and check-out of guests
• Bookings and management of the booking system
• Guest service, both on-site and via phone/email
• Conferences
• Administrative tasks related to the reception
• Collaboration with other departments in the hotel

Working hours may vary and include day, evening, and weekend shifts.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in reception work, preferably within hotels or service
• Is attentive, service-oriented, and professional in your approach
• Is flexible, stress-resistant, and can easily adapt to different situations
• Enjoys working both independently and in a team
• Has good communication skills in Swedish and English (additional languages are a plus)
• Is structured and meticulous, even during busy periods
