Healthcare Assistant Needed at Fisksätra Health Center
We are looking for a healthcare assistant experienced in sampling to join our laboratory at Fisksätra Health Center.
We are a small, family-oriented health center with 15 employees and approximately 4000 registered patients. Fisksätra Health Center is located in Fisksätra Center. We have a child health clinic that collaborates closely with the family center and open preschool.

Job Responsibilities:
We are looking for someone who wants to work in the laboratory for about 12 hours a week. We have a PNA lab and send venous samples to KS-Lab. Sampling and related checks of measuring equipment.
Qualifications:
- Trained healthcare assistant with experience in laboratory sampling.
- Swedish language skills equivalent to C1 are required within Region Stockholm.
- Experience with the TakeCare journal system is an advantage.
We are looking for someone who is meticulous, service-oriented, and wants to provide our patients with the best possible care. As a person, you are easy to collaborate with, flexible, and self-driven in your work.
We place great emphasis on personal suitability and professional interaction with both patients and colleagues. This position is well-suited for someone who wants to work part-time in the mornings 3-4 days a week.
Employment Type:
Hourly employment
The position will be filled on the condition that it does not need to be allocated for internal relocation, according to current regulations.
For patient-facing work within the Stockholm County healthcare area:
- background checks will be applied before the hiring decision according to SLSO's overarching guidelines for background checks during hiring.
- employees who will have patient contact must undergo a pre-employment health examination, according to current directives, which is done through occupational health services before employment.
- in addition to Swedish professional certification, good knowledge of the Swedish language at level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) is required. The same requirements apply to non-licensed personnel with patient contact.
