Do you want to be an important part of a new nursing organization? We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse and want to work flexibly as a temporary employee with us in Hägersten-Älvsjö.

As a temporary employee with us, you will work across seven different units – nursing homes with dementia and somatic focus, service housing, and short-term housing. You will have a varied and developing work environment where your skills truly make a difference.

Your role

Tasks as a temporary nurse in nursing home/service housing:

• Be responsible for health and medical care interventions according to HSL for the residents
• Assess and follow up health status and initiate medical measures if necessary
• Medication management according to current guidelines
• Document according to social services and patient journal laws
• Collaborate with care staff, rehabilitation staff, doctors, and relatives
• Contribute to safe and secure care by working according to the operations' routines and guidelines

As a temporary employee, you need to quickly be able to understand the operations' working methods and be confident in your professional role.

Your skills and experience

Other:

• Licensed nurse
• Experience/education in geriatric care
• Knowledge of cognitive diseases
• Experience from municipal health and medical care and the city of Stockholm is an advantage
