Job Description
At the Acute and Intermediate Care Unit (AVA/IMA), you will work with symptom-driven care within the acute medical field. We monitor, investigate, and treat patients during the first critical days, often with varying diagnoses and care needs. The work is varied and takes place in close collaboration with colleagues in the team around the patient.
You will become part of an engaged team with nurses, nursing assistants, and emergency physicians. We have open communication, regular training days, and active mentorship.

About You
We are looking for a licensed nurse, preferably with experience in emergency care or inpatient care, but this is not a requirement. If you have further education in another specialty, you are also welcome to apply. You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
For this position, we are looking for someone who is flexible, able to adapt to the current situation and change focus, which is crucial as unpredictable events can arise daily. We work closely together and need to have good communication to successfully solve the tasks we encounter in our daily work. Thus, the position suits you who thrive in collaboration and are attentive and communicative with both colleagues, patients, and relatives.
