Rustikunik Design in Karlstad is now looking for a production leader who wants to take responsibility for daily production and contribute to the sustainable development of the business.

Rustikunik Design manufactures furniture with a focus on quality, craftsmanship, and sustainable materials. Production is a central part of the company, and in this role, you will be an important part of the daily work in production as well as a link between production and planning.

About you

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in production who enjoys working closely with the business. You are structured, solution-oriented, and comfortable taking responsibility in daily tasks. You like to combine practical work with planning and follow-up.

You have a good understanding of production work and are used to environments where quality, pace, and planning need to work together. The role involves practical work in production and therefore requires good physical condition. You are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written. Experience in manufacturing industry is an advantage, preferably within wood or similar areas, but not a requirement.

About the position

As a production leader at Rustikunik Design, you will have a role close to operations where you work operationally in production together with other employees. The work includes assembling furniture and participating in daily production tasks while being responsible for coordinating, planning, and following up on production.

You contribute to structure in daily work and ensure that production operates efficiently and with good quality. The role involves close collaboration in a smaller team, where there are currently 7 people working together in production.

As you settle into the role and the business continues to develop, there is an opportunity to take on greater responsibility for improvement work. Thus, the role offers good opportunities to influence and grow together with the business over time.
