Vårdliljan is looking for a district nurse to join our home care team in Hässelby! We offer a stimulating and meaningful job, with clear leadership and development opportunities.

The Assignment

The work is scheduled during daytime, Monday to Friday. The position includes planning, coordination, and implementation of care interventions, contact with other healthcare providers and home care services, as well as phone and direct contact with patients and relatives. We are located in a cozy office in Hässelby Villastad.

Background

You are a qualified district nurse, have prescribing rights in the ordering portal (nutritional products, diabetes aids, wound care products, incontinence aids, etc.). It is an advantage if you have previous experience in home care. It is important that you have good computer skills, preferably with experience in the web-based services Pascal (prescribing of dose-packaged medications) and webcare. Since you will be driving in your role, you are required to have a B driver's license and to be proficient in the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
