We are now looking for summer substitutes for the vacation period 2026 who want to work with a variety of tasks in the reception kitchen, park work, cleaning, kiosk/cafeteria, and transportation. Perhaps not always someone sees you in the moment, but your work is felt — you make the place accessible, safe, and welcoming for every patient, visitor, and employee. Your tasks

Internservice is now looking for substitutes who want to work with varied tasks in the reception kitchen, park work, cleaning, kiosk/cafeteria, and transportation. As a substitute in the unit, you primarily work within one of these areas but may also perform work in the other areas if the operation has needs.

In park work, you mainly work with the park area and the associated maintenance of green spaces and other vegetation. In cleaning, you are responsible for the cleaning within the operation's areas. You conduct good and safe sanitation of the operation to prevent the spread of infection, as well as work for a good and safe working environment for everyone on the premises and in the hospital's facilities. In the cafeteria/kiosk, you ensure good and safe food handling and meal environment in the operation to prevent the spread of infection, as well as work for a satisfied customer experience.

Internservice consists of a large team that collaborates daily to solve the tasks that arise. Therefore, you need to have a flexible approach to your work and support in tasks that need to be prioritized based on the needs of the operation.

We offer an onboarding at Internservice and three full-day introductions in our training facility on the hospital grounds. During these days, which you share with other new employees, you will receive the basic knowledge you need from various professions to be able to do a good job in the role at Internservice.

Your qualifications

To work as a summer substitute at Internservice, we see that you are a person who is flexible, proactive, service-oriented, cooperative, and meticulous. We also see that you have the ability to work independently. You are quality and safety conscious and accommodating in your interactions with colleagues and patients. It is important that you are professional in your interactions with others as the role requires it when you meet and integrate with many different professions and patients. You have an interest, a willingness, and the ability to help others and strive to deliver in your work. Since the work can vary based on needs, it is also important that you are flexible and can adapt to changing circumstances.

To work with us in the summer, it is a requirement that you are at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or ongoing high school education, and/or work experience that the employer deems relevant. Since the work largely involves communication and collaboration with other professions and patients, you must have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. The work can be physical and requires that you have good physical condition. It is desirable that you have previous experience in cash handling and/or hold a forklift license.

Employment form

Temporary employment for a total of 8 weeks, weeks 25 - 32 with 100% employment rate. Work takes place during the day, Monday to Friday.
