About the position

As a maintenance technician, you will have a central role in production, where you are responsible for ensuring that machines and workshop equipment operate optimally. You will work proactively with maintenance, troubleshoot and resolve downtime, and participate in the installation and adjustment of new equipment.
Your work ensures that mechanics and production staff can build and assemble products efficiently and safely. You document maintenance actions, participate in improvement projects, and contribute to a safe and well-functioning work environment.

We are looking for someone who

To thrive and succeed in this role, we would like you to have experience in maintenance within industry or workshops. Furthermore, we would like you to have:

• Secondary technical education, preferably in mechanics, electrical engineering, or automation, or equivalent knowledge acquired through work experience.
• Experience in troubleshooting, preventive, and corrective maintenance on machines and equipment.
• Ability to read drawings, schematics, and technical documents.
• Structured, meticulous, and self-driven with good collaboration skills.
• Driving license B.

Meritorious:

• Experience in maintenance work in a production environment.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance systems.
• Certificates in welding, electrical work, or other relevant technical competencies.
