VO Property Management, operational area Northwest, is part of Regionfastigheter responsible for the operation and maintenance of all buildings and systems in owned properties in Helsingborg and Landskrona. We also deliver operational technical services to Region Skåne's activities located in hospital areas and surrounding rentals within the operational area. We currently have over 30 employees distributed in Landskrona, Helsingborg, and Ängelholm, with the main responsibility for creating world-class operational reliability and being a safe partner for healthcare.

The operational area includes a variety of different technical installations such as ventilation, heating, cooling, control and regulation technology, medical gases, as well as power supply and distribution. Certain operational technical equipment is also included in the assignment. These are complex systems for which we are responsible for preventive maintenance work and participate in larger renovations and new installation projects. The work is carried out in a hospital environment in close collaboration with Region Skåne's activities and its staff, managers, project leaders, consultants, and contractors.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are now looking for a responsible Property Technician with broad general technical competence to Regionfastigheter at Helsingborg Hospital.

In the role of property technician, you will work independently and in a team with service, maintenance, installation work, troubleshooting, and repair of technical facilities, orders from healthcare operations, simple carpentry and plumbing work, as well as locks and doors. Participation in projects and planning of long-term maintenance, where you propose technical solutions, is also included. An important part of your daily work at our facilities consists of customer contact, where we see that you contribute to maintaining good contact with healthcare.

As a new employee, you will receive an introduction tailored to your previous experiences and competencies. You will be responsible for carrying out parts of the tasks yourself, but you will also have your colleagues to assist you. Some administrative tasks are also included in the position, such as handling work orders in our operational system.

Since operational reliability is our primary task, it becomes natural to participate in all areas of responsibility and tasks of the unit as needed and to actively participate and contribute to improvement work.

We offer you an independent and engaging job with a large internal and external network. Depending on the needs of the operation, on-call duty may become relevant.

QUALIFICATIONS

You have education and/or experience as an operations technician/property technician or broad experience in construction. Alternatively, other education and/or work experience that the employer assesses as relevant for the position.

The position involves driving to customers around northwestern Skåne, so a valid B driver's license is a requirement, as well as good Swedish in speech and writing. Good knowledge of relevant IT systems and the Office package, along with a very good administrative ability, is also an advantage. In this role, the work requires independence and good collaboration skills as well as planning and engagement in the tasks. You must also be service-oriented, customer-focused, flexible, and have very good communication skills. You also have good administrative and coordinating abilities and work in a structured manner. Personal suitability is of great importance.
