About the Position

We are currently looking for a production planner for one of our clients in Västerås.

In this role, you will work with a wide and varied set of tasks. You will be responsible for writing quotes and managing customer and supplier contacts via phone, email, and meetings. This includes receiving inquiries, following up on ongoing production, and answering related questions. A central part of the role is production planning in close collaboration with the office and workshop staff to ensure efficiency and quality in production.

You will also be responsible for purchasing materials and ensuring that the right materials are available at the right time. As part of the management team, you will work with the management system, participate in ISO audits, and contribute to strategic issues.

The role is varied and requires flexibility, as you are part of a smaller team and may need to support each other with different tasks. Close collaboration with colleagues in the office and on the floor is a natural part of everyday life.

Responsibilities:

Writing quotes
Customer and supplier contact
Production planning together with the rest of the office/workshop staff
Purchasing materials
Being part of the management team

The position is available immediately or by agreement. Working hours are during the day.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who has:

A valid driver's license (B) and access to a car.
Computer skills and good knowledge of Swedish (and preferably English).
Experience from production, such as machining and/or welding.

It is an advantage if you have:

Experience with Monitor G5.
Experience working with management systems, as the company is certified according to ISO 14001, 9001, and 3834.
Previous experience in a similar role.
