Do you want to work with testing and verification of future mechanical systems within R&D? The role combines practical testing, analysis, and collaboration in a technical team with a focus on quality and development.

About the role

You will be part of R&D and work with testing and verification of mechanical systems at both module and robot levels. The work ranges from practical test execution to analysis, report writing, and in some cases, test planning. You will collaborate closely with project managers, designers, and specialists in a team of 8–10 people.

The role has a clear focus on quality assurance and verification of product specifications. The work is varied and requires both precision and the ability to quickly prioritize when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Perform mechanical tests at module and system levels
• Analyze test results and document according to set requirements
• Work with measuring equipment, both computer-based and analog
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electromechanical issues, such as in gearboxes and motors

Participate in test planning and improvement of testing methodology

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You have a technical interest and a structured work style. You understand how mechanical systems and manipulators are built and have basic knowledge of control systems. You thrive in collaboration with others and see documentation as a natural part of quality work.

We would like you to have:

• Technical background in mechanics or mechatronics
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Ability to work solution-oriented even under time pressure
• Experience using a computer as a working tool

Desirable skills:

• Programming in RAPID, Matlab, or Python
• Experience with RobotStudio
• Knowledge of connecting manipulators, controllers, and external axes
• Experience with basic electrical work
• Forklift and/or overhead crane license
