About the employer

The team is stabilizing, and the security in our sample with quality is what we constantly strive for. You should have experience with autism and ADHD, as well as experience in low-arousal approaches.

We are now looking for someone who wants and has the opportunity to take a day shift per week and every other weekend.

You work independently but are also an important part of a self-driven, cohesive team with close collaboration and clear communication. You always have support to lean on, from both team leaders and client managers. We offer guidance and training based on the team's needs and legal framework, and quality is an ongoing effort built on security, networks, and trust. We are looking for someone who is ready to invest, has a genuine interest in behaviors, and wants to develop and grow in their role.

We are looking for someone who

  • Has experience with autism and ADHD
  • Has worked with low-arousal approaches
  • Has good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
  • Has a driver's license and access to a car to commute to and from work
  • Is curious, engaged, and wants to develop together with the team
  • Enjoys working in an environment with dogs and cats

Working hours

Every other weekend and day shifts on Tuesdays. (Sleeping on-call may occur) This results in approximately 15 hours/week on a fixed schedule.

The workplace is located outside Kolsva.
