The Role

We are looking for breakfast staff for a 75% position in The Locker Room at Löfbergs Arena. The shifts will primarily be in the morning and will end after lunch. The shifts are scheduled on weekdays and weekends. With us, you will work both independently and as part of a team.

Your focus:

• Continuously develop the guest experience with the goal of “Karlstad’s most delightful morning”
• Evaluate our staff (together with the responsible person) and our services, set routines, and ensure the quality of our products and offerings
• Increase comfort and hospitality

Main responsibilities:

• Maximize the guest experience in our breakfast service by optimizing the product and the surrounding environment
• Operationally plan and execute breakfast operations
• Product ordering and receiving
• Part of the daily operations with breakfast, lunch, and conferences
