Job Responsibilities:

As the Head Chef at Ankdammen, you will have overall responsibility for our kitchen operations ahead of the summer season 2026. Your job responsibilities include:

• Planning and creating summer menus that reflect our restaurant's concept and high standards
• Ensuring the kitchen is organized, efficient, and adheres to the highest hygiene and safety standards
• Recruiting, training, and managing kitchen staff
• Monitoring costs, purchasing, and budgeting for the kitchen
• Actively participating in cooking and ensuring that dishes are of the highest quality
• Encouraging creativity and innovation within the kitchen and promoting a positive work environment

We would like you to take responsibility as Head Chef over Pinchos until the summer season at Ankdammen and actively participate in the planning work, including menu development and recruitment for Ankdammen.

Requirements:

To succeed in the role of Head Chef at Ankdammen, you should meet the following requirements:

• Deep knowledge of cooking techniques and menu planning
• Leadership experience and the ability to motivate and develop your kitchen team
• Ability to work under high pressure while maintaining high quality standards
• Creativity and the ability to create new and exciting dishes
• Good communication skills and teamwork ability
• Desire to maintain high hygiene and safety standards
