We are currently looking for 2 receptionists for First Hotel Royal in Säffle.

Working in a hotel reception means that no day is the same, which is why it is important that you enjoy a fast-paced environment and have a solution-oriented attitude towards everything that happens. Evening and weekend work is included. To work in the reception, you must be at least 20 years old.

We are looking for someone who enjoys meeting new people and creating positive experiences for guests. You thrive in a fast and dynamic environment and have a solution-oriented personality. You are a team player who can work effectively both alone and in a group. You understand the importance of being service-oriented and you see the big picture in the small details.

You are independent and flexible and enjoy a fast pace.

You are fluent in both spoken and written Swedish and English to meet all our guests on a personal level.

Previous experience in hotel reception is an advantage.

Your tasks will include:

Daily front office tasks from checking in to checking out our guests.

You will handle everything from bookings, payments, emails, and inquiries to ensure a smooth guest experience.

You always deliver the highest possible quality and service and understand the importance of first and last impressions.

You collaborate with colleagues to create a smooth and pleasant stay for all guests.

Evening shifts will also include work in the bar and restaurant.

Employment will start as soon as possible, and the positions are approximately 70% each.
