Stenstalidskolan is a K-9 school located about two kilometers north of Kristinehamn's center. The school has approximately 700 students, and the majority have their lunch in the cafeteria. Snacks are also served in the cafeteria for students who attend after-school care. Currently, there are four chefs and one kitchen assistant working in the kitchen.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Your job responsibilities include preparing daily meals, including special diets for our students. The work schedule is rotating, and tasks such as self-control, dishwashing, serving, and cleaning are also included. Contact with customers and suppliers is also part of the job. Additionally, you will work with all common tasks in the kitchen.

Working hours are scheduled during the day.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you who:

• are a trained chef, but also those who are in the final stages of their culinary education
• have experience working in a large kitchen or restaurant kitchen
• have knowledge of guidelines and recommendations regarding food for students and special diets
• can express yourself well in spoken and written Swedish, as the language is our primary tool
• are familiar with or interested in using IT as support in your work

We see it as an advantage if you have experience with the dietary data system Mashie.
