Ankdammen in Karlstad is looking for an experienced and passionate Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender at Ankdammen, you will have the opportunity to create memorable drink experiences for our guests and be part of a dynamic and exciting work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Create and serve creative and high-quality drinks and cocktails to our guests
• Prepare and manage the bar station, including keeping track of inventory and supplies
• Provide drink recommendations based on guests' preferences and tastes
• Ensure the bar is clean and well-organized
• Interact professionally with guests and provide a first-class service experience
• Collaborate with the serving staff and kitchen to ensure smooth operations
• Stay updated on the latest trends in drinks and mixology.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Bartender in the restaurant or bar industry
• Knowledge of drinks, mixology, and beverage service
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Service-oriented and detail-oriented with a positive attitude
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
• Age requirement: At least 18 years
• Ability to work effectively under high pressure and juggle multiple tasks
• Creativity and the ability to create unique and innovative drinks.
