Ankdammen in Karlstad is looking for a Barback to join our team. As a Barback, you play an important role in supporting our bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient bar operations. You will have a key role in ensuring that our guests have a pleasant and comfortable experience at Ankdammen.

Responsibilities:

• Support bartenders as needed by preparing and serving drinks
• Keep the bar clean and organized
• Transport inventory and supplies to and from the bar
• Assist in preparing drink menus
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth workday.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in restaurant or café work is an advantage
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written
• Service-oriented and detail-oriented with a positive attitude
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
• Age requirement: At least 18 years old
• Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods
• Able to work effectively under pressure and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
