We are now looking for a sales/service staff member to join our team at Ankdammen in Karlstad. As a sales/service staff member, you will work to create a positive experience for our guests by offering a high level of service while driving sales. You will play an important role in ensuring that Ankdammen meets our guests' expectations and that we achieve our sales goals.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Drive sales of our products
• Receive bookings and handle payments
• Perform various service tasks such as serving food and drinks, cleaning, and preparing for events
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth workday

Requirements:

• Previous experience in service and sales work
• Outgoing and service-oriented with a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
