Production Manager with Development Focus

On behalf of our client, we are now looking for a Production Manager for Kiviks Musteri – a well-renowned player in the food industry with strong values regarding quality, sustainability, and long-term development. Here, you will play a key role where leadership is central, while also driving technical projects and developing production in a beautiful industrial environment.

About the Role

As a Production Manager, you will have overall responsibility for leading, directing, and developing assigned production departments. The role includes full personnel responsibility for approximately 20–25 operators, as well as budget and financial responsibility within your area.

You will work both operationally and strategically to ensure a safe, stable, and efficient production. An important part of the role is to initiate and drive technical projects, improvements, and smaller investments that strengthen the facility's capacity, quality, and efficiency. You are a central part of Kiviks Musteri's continued development and actively contribute to achieving the company's goals in safety, quality, productivity, and profitability.

The position is daytime-based, with the possibility of some hybrid work.

Responsibilities

•  Lead, coach, and develop the production team

•  Ensure a present, clear, and engaging leadership in daily work

•  Drive and implement technical projects and smaller investments in production

•  Follow up on production results and initiate improvement actions

• Ensure compliance with requirements in work environment, safety, quality, and food safety

•  Implement technical and organizational improvements in close collaboration with other functions

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role within production

• Experience from the food industry or related process industry

• Good technical understanding and experience working in technically complex environments

• Documented ability to lead people and drive change

• Experience in systematic improvement work and project management

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

You work analytically and solution-oriented, with both a holistic perspective and attention to detail. As a person, you are unpretentious, self-driven, and used to pushing issues forward.

You have a genuine interest in people, production, and technology, as well as a strong desire to develop and improve working methods, processes, and results. You are aware of your surroundings and see opportunities in new technology and modern working methods.

A driver's license and access to a car are required for travel to and from the workplace.
