Now we want to strengthen our team and are looking for you as the responsible landscape architect for the office in Örebro.

At the Örebro office, architects, landscape architects, planning architects, engineers, and specialists work within building, landscape, planning, and urban development. Our knowledge and experience enable us to work on everything from early idea, planning, and sketch phases to design and follow-up certification or relationship assignments. Today, two of us are landscape architects and one is a landscape engineer. We work for both private and public clients and have a strong local anchoring. We are a great group and have fun together!

What we are looking for We are looking for an experienced landscape architect who is both a creative and a cohesive leader for the landscape architecture business area and the landscape group in Örebro. As a person, you are organized and entrepreneurial, enjoy collaborating and leading others, and do so with great commitment. You are passionate about the creative process and are both a good listener and idea generator. You want and are used to having client contact where both established and new relationships feel interesting. Your interest in sustainability is significant.

You are used to independently driving and leading projects of various stages and sizes, preferably with several references from the public sector. You have a high design ability and solid experience in project management. Your professional experience is at least 10 years in similar work. You have an established network and see the value in maintaining and creating new contacts. Your interest in sustainability is considerable, and you have, for example, experience with assignments focused on biodiversity, ecosystem services, or climate adaptation.

As a person, you are organized and entrepreneurial, with good collaboration skills and great commitment. You enjoy listening and generating ideas, thereby contributing to the creative process in various types of projects at the office and together with our clients. We have the flexibility to work when and where we want, but the team is important, so we meet at the office at least 3 days a week. You are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.
