About the role
As a production engineer, you will work with continuous improvements and the development of current production processes as well as in industrialization projects regarding new products.
You will be part of a group of production engineers and test engineers working with circuit board manufacturing and final assembly, primarily of instrument panels, tachographs, and MirrorEye systems.
Areas and tasks you will work with include:
- Project management of product and production technical investigations
- Work with continuous improvements, quality monitoring, and support during any disturbances & changes in existing production
- Technical documentation such as P-FMEA, control plans, instructions, etc.
- Projects regarding investments in new production equipment
- Layouts, production flows, and optimization of production processes
- Product and operations preparation in our business system

For this role, we are looking for someone who is driven, communicative, and structured in their work approach. You enjoy challenges and thrive in a fast-paced environment close to production. You are comfortable working both independently and in a team. You enjoy working in an international environment and are proficient in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
We are looking for someone with relevant education in production technology, or equivalent knowledge from previous work. We prefer that you have several years of experience in production technology work, and if you have knowledge of Lean production, project management, and quality requirements from the automotive industry, this is a merit.
