Terranor AB is a leading provider of operation and maintenance services for road infrastructure in the Nordic region. We also carry out smaller land and construction works as part of our local presence in various locations in Sweden.
An important key to our success is our competent and experienced employees in the road service area. We are now looking for a vehicle and machinery coordinator who wants to be part of our very interesting and developing company, where you will have a great opportunity to influence future developments.
The role with us
As a Vehicle and Machinery Coordinator with us, you will belong to the Vehicle & Machinery team, which together is responsible for the approximately 400 vehicles and the equipment used in our production, ranging from plows and salt spreaders to clearing aggregates and smaller machines.
Your main tasks consist of supporting the line organization with knowledge and advice in the area of vehicles & machinery, focusing on heavy trucks, as well as case management, coordination of service and maintenance of our existing vehicles & machinery, and follow-up of GPS, driving logs, and tachographs. You will also be responsible for the budget for service and maintenance of our vehicles & machinery.
Your experiences
We see that you have:
- good vehicle knowledge
- worked with vehicles as, for example, a mechanic, workshop supervisor, or customer receiver. Experience in operation and maintenance is also an advantage
- experience in using digital technology to improve the follow-up of vehicles & machinery, preferably from Infobric, is an advantage
- good skills in Swedish, both spoken and written
- good administrative and financial knowledge
- good computer skills within Office 365
- Category B and C driving licenses

Additional information
The employment is a permanent position, with a probationary period applied. Start date according to agreement. Place of work according to agreement at one of our existing offices in southern or central Sweden. Travel is included in the position.
