We believe you have worked for a few years and are open to relocating to experience different places. You enjoy cooking with a focus on Nordic cuisine. Our goal is always for you to be a part of the workplace you are in. Therefore, we work with shorter assignments ranging from a few months to a year.

We operate throughout Sweden and tailor solutions based on needs and sustainability.

THE ROLE As a chef, you ensure that your station is clean and tidy, that the prep work is done, and that the food delivered is of the highest quality. You are open and adaptable in the workplace. You are confident in yourself, see solutions, and potential paths forward for the guest and employee journey. You are structured, organized, and maintain the high standards that are currently sought after.

You will actively work with sustainability. The circular sustainability journey reflects our footprint both socially, economically, and environmentally. Satisfied and motivated employees drive engagement. In other words, you are an ambassador for Progressio.
