As a nurse, you will ensure that patients are offered high-quality care with significant patient involvement. The treatment provided is based on evidence and follows national guidelines and care programs, where you act as a primary care contact with the mission to coordinate care around the patient.

In this role, you will work independently as well as in a team with other professionals (specialist doctors, psychologists, social workers, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, nursing assistants, and rehabilitation coordinators) based on a model with a high degree of collegial exchange. Main responsibilities:

• Follow-up of medication treatment

• Advice, including via phone

• Structured conversations regarding crisis management, anxiety management, and suicide prevention

• Primary care contact

• Patient and family education

How do we know we are on the right track? We work with measurement-based care. This means that we always follow up treatment with validated assessment scales that we review together with the patient during the visit. This increases patient involvement in care and enhances the possibility of individualized treatment, ensuring that it truly adds value for the patient. Follow-up occurs on a digital platform to avoid unnecessary administrative burden on staff.

• Specialist nurse in psychiatry or licensed nurse with at least 2-3 years of experience in inpatient/outpatient psychiatry

• Experience in outpatient psychiatry is an advantage
