Physiotherapist colleagues, occupational therapists, and dietitians are available to us at the neighboring health center Klippan, with whom we collaborate closely. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Common tasks include acute assessments, planned outpatient visits, following your patients during treatment, or leading group activities. As a physiotherapist with us, you are a natural part of the interdisciplinary collaboration around the patient. Your role is important, and your profession is highly valued. We work with team rounds, a working method that is educational and provides good support in daily life. You plan your daily work with a high degree of freedom.

Patients of all ages with varying diagnoses come to us, creating opportunities for a varied and developing job. We expect you to contribute to our development work, which is essential for us to offer high medical quality with good resource utilization. The focus is on continuous development and providing care based on the patient's needs.

Part of the work may be scheduled at another unit.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you as a licensed physiotherapist with the authority to practice within Swedish healthcare. Language skills in Swedish corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's level scale are a requirement. We would prefer you to have some experience in the profession, but it is not a requirement. A solid value foundation and a desire to develop in the profession are more decisive than a long and extensive CV. Personal suitability is highly valued.

As a person, we wish for you to be loyal, engaged, and responsible. You enjoy collaborating but also have a good ability to work independently. Good communication skills and the ability to quickly adapt when the situation requires it are additional qualities we value. Competence and experience are always valuable, but being curious and eager to learn can be just as important in this role.
