About the role and your tasks

With us, you have the opportunity to work in different roles. The person who is a fixed care contact is responsible for ensuring that the implementation plan is established and followed up for their clients. The staff group is divided into smaller divisions, with 2-3 fixed care contacts who, together with a runner, are responsible for the work with the division's clients. They may also visit other clients.

As a resource, you work in more than one area. Your shifts are scheduled within the four areas; home care areas Norra Fäladen, Torn, Väster team 1, and Väster team 2. You are flexible and enjoy meeting new colleagues and working in several units. As resource staff, you work where the need is greatest and create security, warmth, and care for people who truly need it.

Your work is guided by the needs of individuals. A workday may consist of providing support and assistance with personal care, care work, medical interventions on delegation from a nurse, and other assistance that the person you support needs. Documentation takes place in Lifecare. Your role also includes contributing to the development of the business and maintaining good quality.

We offer everyone to work full-time

Which means 36 hours and 20 minutes a week. Everyone works every other weekend. If you work days, your working hours are from 07:00 to no later than 16:00. For the day, we are looking for someone who wants to work as a resource. For those who work evenings, the working hours are until 23:00. Which working hours and role suit you best?

We are looking for someone who

• is a trained nursing assistant or an experienced care assistant.
• experience in care work is an advantage.
• To work in home care, cycling experience is required.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language is required in both speech and writing.
• You also need to have good digital competence, for example, in connection with documentation.

You are responsible, committed, flexible, and attentive - with clients, relatives, and colleagues. You understand how important it is for each individual to be involved and have influence over their everyday life.

About the workplace

The premises of Norra Fäladen home care are located on Magistratsvägen in a green area, near Sankt Hans backar. Health inspirers are active in the business to maintain a good working environment and well-being. We actively work with good planning of schedules, rehabilitative work efforts, BPSD, Senior Alert, palliative circles, and digitization.

Lund Municipality's home care is divided into several geographical areas. In each area, nursing assistants and care assistants work in teams with healthcare professionals under the leadership of a unit manager. Each area has a unit administrator and coordinator/planner.
