About the job as a pharmacist with pharmaceutical responsibility at Hjärtat

As a pharmacist at Hjärtat, you will work alternately with counseling and sales within prescriptions and self-care. In this role, you contribute your pharmaceutical expertise, commitment, and experience to improve the health of our customers and the success of the pharmacy.

In addition to your role as a pharmacist, you will also have pharmaceutical responsibility at the pharmacy. At Hjärtat, this means coaching your colleagues so that counseling, sales, and efficiency at the pharmacy are constantly improved in close collaboration with the sales manager at the pharmacy. As the pharmaceutical responsible, you are also responsible for competence development within pharmacy at your workplace. You are responsible for or support the pharmacy manager in contacts with local healthcare and are a good role model in customer interactions.

Welcome to the wonderful Apotek Hjärtat at ICA Maxi in Hässleholm!

Hässleholm is a natural hub in Skåne with convenient commuting options from both Lund and Malmö. Here you are close to both city and nature – with beautiful surroundings and many hiking trails for those who appreciate outdoor life and recovery.

At the pharmacy, you will experience a high customer flow, professional customer interactions, and top-class service - every day of the week. We currently have 10 dedicated employees, a wonderful mix of pharmacists and technicians, who together create the best experience for our customers.

As a manager, I value collaboration, clear goals, and a supportive work climate where we uplift each other and work as a team.

We are open from 07:00 to 22:00 every day, which provides both variety and flexibility in daily life.

The position is a permanent employment as a pharmacist with pharmaceutical responsibility, either full-time or part-time. A probationary period may apply. The start date for the position will be agreed upon.

We are looking for you who are a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician. You are either at the beginning of your career or an experienced pharmacist and recognize yourself in the description:
