We are now looking for a driven and sales-focused person for our store in Vetlanda. At Sandströms, you will create a pleasant atmosphere together with your colleagues, where the customer is in focus. Personal sales is something that is close to your heart and a prerequisite for you, your colleagues, and the store to develop and reach set goals.

About Sandströms

Sandströms started in Kisa in 1923 by Malcolm and Matilda Sandström. Almost 100 years later, it is still run by the Sandström family, making it Sweden's oldest fashion chain owned by the same family. Sandströms has ten stores in nine locations in Småland and Östergötland. In all stores, we have both women's and men's departments.

Role Description

As a salesperson at Sandströms, you have a key role as you are the face of the brand towards customers.

Your duties include selling, unpacking goods, merchandising, and other tasks related to store operations. Additionally, you will work purposefully and enthusiastically, together with the rest of the team, to drive the store towards set goals. You should be able to follow instructions from the store manager as well as contribute your own thoughts, experiences, and ideas.

We are looking for:

Someone who has a natural flair for service and enjoys personal interaction with customers. You should have at least a few years of sales experience, with clothing sales being an advantage. We prefer that you have held a responsible role previously, as you will be expected to take a lot of personal responsibility. You should also have a naturally high pace and be able to handle many tasks simultaneously. The position is permanent with 18 hours/week starting in April. We apply a probationary period.

We expect you to be passionate about sales and service and driven by achieving set goals. Since we have many returning customers, you can create and understand the importance of good and long-term customer relationships. You find it easy to collaborate, take initiative, and communicate with others. Of course, you are a positive and energetic person who makes our stores even more pleasant!

Experience

● You have experience in sales

● Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

● Clothing sales experience is an advantage
