Are you a cheerful and positive person who is passionate about food, sales, and first-class service? Then you might be exactly who we are looking for!
We are now looking for a new employee for our store. We want you, the applicant, to have good initiative and a positive energy that is contagious, to see the customer's needs, and to deliver the industry's best customer service with pride and joy.
As a person, you are creative and are happy to come up with suggestions and ideas, and you find it easy to work in a team. You have an eye for detail and the commitment to create a welcoming, selling, and inspiring store. You are driven by challenges, see opportunities, and have a desire to constantly develop and streamline both the business and yourself.
You will be working with all the tasks that are commonly found in a store, for example;
- Working at the checkout
- Restocking shelves and facing products
- Building displays on sales tables and ends
- Working with inventory and shrinkage
- Conducting self-checks
- Keeping the store clean and tidy
In addition to regular tasks in the store, you will have ordering responsibility and department responsibility, and there are opportunities for development.
Together with your colleagues, you will be the face of the store, and for you, the customer is number one. You find it easy to create long-term customer relationships and have the ability to inspire customers to enjoy shopping. You thrive on being active and working with your body. Working in a store offers you a varied job in sometimes a fast-paced environment, and it is important that you feel comfortable handling stressful situations.
Previous experience in retail is highly meritorious, but personal suitability is just as important to us at Coop.
The position is a permanent employment of 30 hours/week. The start date is April 13 or according to agreement. Recruitment is ongoing, and the position may be filled even before the application deadline. Working hours vary and include both daytime and evening shifts as well as every other weekend. We apply a probationary period.
If you want to know more about the position, contact Store Manager Emma Sköld at phone: 010-745 05 31 or email; [email protected]
We value the qualities that a balanced age and gender distribution as well as ethnic and cultural diversity bring to the business.
Welcome with your application along with a personal letter and CV as soon as possible. Apply via Coop.se

Coop is one of Sweden's largest employers with many challenging jobs. We are on an exciting journey of change to meet future food customers just as well and naturally in our physical stores as on Coop.se.
The ongoing change brings many challenges, but also opportunities. And you are never alone. If there is something we are particularly proud of, it is our employees. By successfully recruiting many competent employees, we work together towards the future.
The new Coop aims to provide attractive store experiences with affordable food, strong private labels, a unique membership program, and clear leadership in ecology, health, and sustainability. In short: We want to be the positive force in Swedish grocery retail.
With approximately 650 stores in Sweden and 3.4 million members, Coop is Sweden's only member-owned grocery chain.
We value the qualities that a balanced age and gender distribution as well as ethnic and cultural diversity bring to the business.
