Property Manager at HSB Göteborg.

We are looking for a hands-on property manager with an initial placement in Gothenburg, market area North. The position is a permanent, full-time employment with immediate start.

Job Responsibilities

The job responsibilities consist of daily internal and external property maintenance. You will take care of our customers' properties to ensure they are perceived as whole, clean, and safe. Handling of damage reports, performing repairs for our customers, who are both tenant-owner associations and individual members.

Regarding external property maintenance, the role includes ongoing maintenance of outdoor environments at our tenant-owner associations, such as cleaning, picking up wood chips, etc. You will also conduct inspections and rounds at our customers' properties. Some gardening may also be involved.

Ongoing contact with residents, customers, and contractors is a central part of the assignment and contributes to creating safe, sustainable, and well-functioning living environments. The role also includes responsibility for purchasing consumables and careful handling and maintenance of your own work equipment – all to ensure a professional and sustainable delivery.

Examples of job tasks:

• Inspection of our customers' properties

• Minor repairs such as replacing electrical outlets, faucets, toilets, adjusting doors, etc.

• Cleaning

• Daily contact with our customers

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a property education at the high school level or equivalent. We also seek someone who can demonstrate solid knowledge in property technology or related professions, such as electrical, plumbing, or similar.

A valid driver's license (B) and experience from similar job tasks are required. It is also very important that you can express yourself well in both speech and writing. Since we report using digital tools, it is also important that you have good computer skills and are comfortable using a mobile phone at work.
