YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for someone who is a skilled problem solver with a strong technical interest. You have a broad general technical knowledge and a particular commitment to technology and property management. To thrive in this role, you share our view of service as a given and actively contribute to a positive work environment and good collaboration.

You are willing to take responsibility, work with quality awareness, and have a strong desire to develop and learn new things. Being able to structure, plan, and organize your work effectively is an important success factor in the role.

YOUR ROLE

In this role, you will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and optimization of the properties' technical systems and functions. You preferably have knowledge in several technical areas, such as electrical and lighting installations, ventilation, HVAC systems, control and regulation technology, as well as energy and climate issues.

You will perform planned, preventive, and corrective maintenance as well as various repair work. An important part of the job is to follow up and develop energy work by monitoring energy consumption, identifying and analyzing energy-saving measures, and keeping operational journals. The team also actively works with ventilation and systematic fire protection work (SBA).

As part of the role, you will also have the opportunity to develop in project management of operational and property technical projects. You will participate in planning, implementation, and follow-up of projects in close collaboration with colleagues, contractors, and suppliers. The area of responsibility can be adapted according to your experience and interests, with good opportunities to gradually take on greater overall responsibility. The projects contribute to technical development, energy efficiency, and long-term improvements of the properties – and give you the chance to broaden your skills and grow in the role.

QUALIFICATIONS

You have a technical or property-oriented high school education, preferably supplemented with post-secondary education from a vocational school or equivalent. Limited electrical authorization or higher is an advantage.
