At Fribrocks Bil in Kristianstad, we are in full swing – and we love it! Our customers are increasing, the days are getting more enjoyable, and the pace is wonderfully high. We are now expanding with another service advisor who wants to be the face of our customer experience.

As a service advisor with us, you become the important link between the customer and the workshop. You welcome customers, book jobs, explain actions, and ensure that every visit feels safe, clear, and personal.

You work in an authorized Peugeot, Opel, and Citroën workshop where we focus on quality, development, and a really good customer experience.

With us, there is a warm atmosphere, short decision-making paths, and colleagues who happily share both laughter and knowledge.

✅ What do you need to bring?

  • Experience in customer service – preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Good communication skills and a service-oriented personality.
  • Administrative skills and confidence with computers.
  • Driver's license B

It’s a plus if you have worked in a similar role or with our car brands – but the most important thing is your attitude and willingness to learn.
