About the role

As a Regional Sales Representative with us, you will have a broad and developing role where you are responsible for driving and expanding sales in your region. You will primarily work with our established customers, but an important part of the job is to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Developing and driving sales within prioritized segments
  • Building and nurturing long-term customer relationships
  • Proactively identifying and creating new business opportunities
  • Close collaboration with Key Account Managers, application engineers, product managers, and sales support
  • Development and support for distributors in the region
  • Driving both operational sales work and contributing strategically to the development of the customer portfolio and department goals

The role combines operational sales with strategic responsibility and gives you the opportunity to influence the overall picture in an expanding company.

Who are you?

You are a results-oriented and self-driven person who is passionate about creating business and building strong customer relationships. With at least three years of sales experience and a proven track record of good results, you have confidence in both your sales drive and your ability to create value. Perhaps you currently work in the automotive sector, construction, or similar, but this is not a requirement. You have an interest in technology and innovative solutions.

We prefer that you have a relevant post-secondary education from a university or vocational school. You are communicative, strategic, and confident in meetings at all levels. You work in a structured and independent manner, planning and leading your work with energy and professionalism. You are fluent in both Swedish and English and are used to working in the Office suite.

You will work from home or from our local office in Kungsbacka, and can reside anywhere within the region: Skåne, Halland, western Småland, Västergötland, or the Gothenburg area. You will report to the Director Sales Automotive.
