JeWe Child and Adolescent Psychiatry is established in Borlänge with a branch in Orsa and provides child psychiatric outpatient care on behalf of Region Dalarna. We receive children and adolescents for assessment, treatment, and investigation. Our work is based on the guiding principles:

As the organization continues to develop, we are now looking for a therapist with psychotherapeutic competence to join our team in Orsa, who wants to contribute to the continued development of the clinic's treatment work.
About the Role – Main Responsibilities
In the role of therapist with a psychotherapeutic focus, you will work with treatment interventions within the framework of child psychiatric outpatient care, in close collaboration with other professionals in the team.
Psychotherapeutic Treatment:
Conduct individual therapy sessions with children and adolescents.
Work with parent and family sessions as an integrated part of the treatment.
Adapt treatment plans based on the patient's needs, maturity, and issues.
Assessment and Treatment Planning:
Participate in assessing care needs and formulating treatment plans.
Follow up and evaluate ongoing treatment in consultation with the team.
Contribute psychotherapeutic expertise in team conferences and treatment discussions.
Group Treatment:
Plan and conduct group-based interventions for children, adolescents, and/or parents, based on the needs of the organization and your expertise.
Collaboration and Networking:
Participate in SIP meetings (Coordinated Individual Plan).
Collaborate with guardians and external actors such as schools, social services, and other healthcare providers.
Documentation:
Be responsible for accurate and structured record-keeping according to health and medical care laws and applicable guidelines.
Development Work:
Contribute to the development of the clinic's treatment offerings.
Participate in the implementation and further development of evidence-based treatment methods and practices.
About You
We are looking for a licensed psychotherapist, licensed psychologist, or social worker with step 1 training in psychotherapy, preferably with experience working with children and adolescents in psychiatry or related fields.
You have a strong commitment to the mental health of children and adolescents and want to contribute to accessible, professional, and high-quality child and adolescent psychiatry. You work in a structured, independent manner with a clear patient focus, while valuing and contributing to interdisciplinary collaboration.
As a person, you are flexible, responsible, and have a good ability to plan and prioritize your work. Personal suitability is highly valued.
