We drive the vision of a climate-neutral European villa market in line with the Paris Agreement 2030. 1KOMMA5° delivers and installs energy-smart solutions such as solar panels, charging boxes, and electricity storage, as well as the AI-based energy management system Heartbeat, for both private customers and commercial property owners.
The company was founded in 2021 and currently has over 2,500 employees at more than 80 locations in the Nordic countries, Europe, and Australia. Already in 2023, we were valued as a Unicorn, making us the fastest-growing cleantech company ever.
Join us on an impressive journey by becoming a part of 1KOMMA5° Sweden and help shape the future for generations to come, step by step and house by house.
We are now looking for a student assistant for our marketing department who wants to contribute to high quality in our lead generation work – while gaining practical experience in a fast-growing company with a clear focus on impact.
About the role In this role, you will help us create more value from our external lead generation partners by quality-assuring incoming leads, identifying duplicates, flagging incorrect or incomplete information, and reviewing canceled meetings to ensure fair and transparent handling.
You will work closely with the Nordic marketing team and our Swedish sales organization, with clear responsibility in an area that directly affects our growth.
Your tasks
Quality-assure incoming leads from external partners (e.g., verify contact details, needs description, relevance, and duplicates)
Follow up on canceled meetings or no-shows from external partners and ensure correct handling and potential discounts
Document and report lead quality and deviations (simple dashboards/reports in CRM)
Communicate with internal stakeholders (marketing/sales) and compile feedback to partners as needed
Contribute to process improvements and help build structure so that we work smarter week by week
Requirements
Student at a university or college (e.g., in marketing, business administration, communication, data/analysis, or similar)
Structured and detail-oriented; you enjoy operational tasks, like to “dig” and strive for high quality
Comfortable with numbers and digital systems (you don’t need to be an expert – it’s enough to be technically curious and a quick learner)
A good communicator who enjoys collaboration between marketing and sales
Independent, down-to-earth, and solution-oriented
Meritorious (but not required)
Previous work with customer data, administrative quality control, or reporting
Experience with CRM or lead management systems
What you get with us
A role with real impact – your work directly improves how effectively we can grow
The opportunity to be part of the Nordic marketing team in one of Europe’s most exciting and fastest-growing impact companies
Freedom under responsibility – we trust you and give you space to improve our working methods
Clear insight into how sales and marketing collaborate in practice
An ambitious, engaged, and pleasant work environment
