We are growing! A brand new workshop of 1,100 sqm is ready and will be part of our existing facility in Munkedal – we are now looking for more skilled employees who want to join us on this journey.

The new workshop will be a significant boost for our entire operation, with modern workstations, updated equipment, and a well-thought-out layout that provides even better flow for both staff and customers. Here, we gather all our expertise in service, repair, and motorhome technology under one roof.

This year, Malmgren Bil celebrates 20 years as a company, and our new workshop marks the beginning of the next chapter in our history – with a continued focus on quality, service, and optimism for the future.

Malmgren Bil is a well-established car company with many years of experience in the industry.

We are authorized dealers of new motorhomes from Knaus and Challenger, as well as new American pickups from RAM, Ford F-150, and Silverado.

In addition, we offer a wide range of carefully selected used vans, motorhomes, and pickups. We always have many vehicles in stock for immediate delivery.

With our extensive knowledge, strong passion for vehicles, and a personal approach, we help our customers find the right solution for both work and leisure. Here, professional service is combined with genuine commitment.

About the position

We are looking for a motorhome technician with broad technical competence who enjoys a varied workday. In this role, you will primarily work with additional installations and customer adaptations of motorhomes, with elements of maintenance, service, and troubleshooting. The work includes both vehicle technical tasks and installations related to electricity, gas, and water – an exciting and varied job for those who enjoy technology, practical work, and problem-solving.

You will be part of an experienced and close-knit team with extensive knowledge of recreational vehicles. Here, you will have excellent opportunities to develop and grow in a business that is expanding.

As the motorhome season varies throughout the year, we are looking for someone who can also support our other workshop as needed. This includes tasks such as:

• Installing additional equipment and accessories on vans, pickups, and other vehicles.

• Minor service and repair work in the workshop where needed.

• General support in the team to ensure a balanced workload throughout the year.

This is not a traditional vehicle technician position – the focus is on motorhomes, but we are looking for someone who appreciates flexibility and is willing to take on varied tasks. Here, you will work both independently and with colleagues, in a role where no day is the same.

We are looking for someone who

· Has experience or education in motorhome technology, vehicle technology, or a related field

· Is technically interested and enjoys varied tasks

· Works meticulously, safely, and with a strong sense of service

· Has a B driver's license

We offer

· A modern and growing workshop specialized in motorhomes

· Opportunities for further education in motorhome technology

· Secure employment in a family-oriented company

· Engaged colleagues and a pleasant working environment

Application

Selection is ongoing.

Important to know
