The role of nursing assistant, care assistant, and aide with us

As a nursing assistant, care assistant, or aide, you will meet people with various needs and work in their homes. This may involve support in daily life, personal hygiene, and medical interventions. No two days are alike, and the work is stimulating and never boring. Our geographical area extends from Älvsåker and Anneberg to Björkris. If you enjoy following the changes in nature throughout the year, there are great opportunities for that.

You will work according to a schedule that includes days, evenings, and every other weekend. You will drive a car in your work.

Your profile

In addition to liking and being interested in people, attention to detail, flexibility, and stress resilience are required. We prefer that you are a positive and calm person who is also solution-oriented, sees opportunities in changes, takes initiative, and comes up with suggestions for new approaches. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

We are looking for someone who:

• is at least 18 years old
• expresses themselves well in Swedish, both spoken and written, as this is required in daily work
• holds a valid B driver's license

Our offer and additional information

We offer a permanent full-time position with a start date according to agreement.

The position is full-time or according to agreement. Within the Department of Health & Care, all employees in home care and care homes are employed at a 100% employment rate, but employees have the option to reduce their desired employment rate based on the needs of the organization.

Before an employment offer, an acceptable extract from the police criminal record must be presented. As of July 1, 2023, nursing assistant is a protected job title.
