We are looking for someone who wants to work extra as a part-time employee during the spring, with the possibility of continuing to work full-time during the summer. To be considered for the position, you need to be available all summer and work according to a schedule, including some evenings and every other weekend.

As a recycling worker, you contribute to creating a positive customer experience and a well-functioning flow at the facility. You will, among other things:

-Meet and assist customers at the recycling center with correct waste sorting.
-Keep the facility organized, ensure that containers are in proper condition, and make orders for material pickup.
-Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
-Contribute ideas to improve routines and increase reuse and recycling.

You will be stationed at Norremark in Växjö.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

To succeed in this role, we believe you:

-Have a high school education and an interest in the environment and sustainability.
-Have a B driver's license and access to a car (requirement).
-Enjoy a role with a lot of customer contact and like to take responsibility.
-Have good computer skills and can express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written.
-Are service-oriented, flexible, self-motivated, and comfortable working both in a team and independently.

Preferred: Wheel loader certification and ADR training (at least 1.3).
