Vocational Teacher in Refrigeration and Heat Pump Installers

About the Role

Movant is looking for an engaged vocational teacher in refrigeration and heat pump installers for a labor market education in Växjö. You will be two to three teachers on site educating approximately 20-30 adult students. Here you have the chance to combine your professional knowledge with a meaningful role as a mentor and educator for adults who want to step into the refrigeration and heat pump industry.

As a teacher with us, you help participants develop both practical skills and theoretical knowledge while also expressing your own passion for your profession.

Your main task is to deliver high-quality education that meets the industry's requirements and expectations. The best of both worlds - you share your knowledge and simultaneously see your participants grow and develop!

We are looking for someone who

• Has at least 3 years of industry experience within the last 10 years (can be experience from employment in industry companies, self-employment, or as a teacher)
• Holds F-gas certificate category I
• Has experience teaching adults
• Has the ability to adapt teaching to each participant's needs
• Has the competence to explain theories and guide practical moments
• Has good computer skills

It is advantageous if you hold a teaching license and/or are an examiner via Incert or have experience with certification exams in refrigeration and heat pump technology.
