As a concrete worker, you will be an important part of the production team and work with tasks such as formwork, reinforcement, and casting. You contribute daily to projects where quality, safety, and collaboration are at the forefront.

The work is practical and varied, with a sometimes fast pace. It requires precision, responsibility, and good teamwork skills. You will be part of a workplace with a strong team spirit where everyone helps each other to achieve common goals.

• Has experience in concrete work or another practical craft profession
• Is meticulous, responsible, and quality-conscious
• Enjoys physical work and can handle heavy tasks
• Can work both independently and in a team
• Is proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, to read drawings and communicate at work

• Experience from the concrete industry
• Forklift and/or overhead crane certification
• Experience from related craft professions

• A stable employment in a future-oriented industry
