As a concrete worker, you will be an important part of the production team, working with tasks such as formwork, reinforcement, and casting. The work is practical and varied, with a sometimes fast pace. It requires precision, responsibility, and good teamwork skills. You will be part of a workplace with a strong team spirit where everyone helps each other to achieve common goals.

• Has experience in concrete work or another practical craft profession
• Is precise, responsible, and quality-conscious
• Enjoys physical work and can handle heavy tasks
• Can work both independently and in a team
• Is proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, to read drawings and communicate at work

• Experience from the concrete industry
• Forklift and/or crane license
• Experience from related craft professions

• A stable employment in a future-oriented industry
