Mark & Miljö in Ljungby is now seeking versatile machine operators for our wheeled excavators. If you have previous experience in operating machinery, you could be the one we are looking for.

As a machine operator at Mark & Miljö in Ljungby AB, you will primarily be working on our framework agreements in Växjö and Alvesta and surrounding areas. You will be hired by the municipality where you will work alongside their own contractors, but you will also operate on our own projects with colleagues from Mark & Miljö. The projects and assignments are very varied, and no two days are alike. The projects you will work on are managed either by Mark & Miljö's own supervisors or directly by the client.

Qualifications and Experience

We are looking for someone with previous experience in the construction and civil engineering industry. To be considered for the position, you should have good machinery skills with GPS and several years of experience in excavation within the construction and civil engineering sector, preferably in water and sewage works. You should be able to handle digital tools and possess the following qualifications:

- Professional driver’s license for excavators

- Work on roads

- Class B driver’s license

- ESA

The work involves teamwork with both colleagues and representatives from municipalities and clients, so you should have good collaboration skills and a professional demeanor to be considered for the role.

Work Area

The head office is located in Ljungby, and we have local offices in Alvesta. Our work areas extend around our offices and primarily within Kronoberg and Jönköping counties.

As a machine operator, you will work from home or one of our fixed establishments.

Interviews and selection will take place after Christmas and New Year.
