We are looking for someone who wants to work extra as a part-time employee during the spring, with the possibility of continuing to work full-time during the summer. To be considered for the position, you need to be available all summer and work according to a schedule, including some evenings and every other weekend.

As a recycling worker, you contribute to creating a positive customer experience and a well-functioning flow at the facility. You will, among other things:

• Meet and assist customers at the recycling center with proper waste sorting.
• Keep the facility organized, ensure containers are in good condition, and place orders for material pickup.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Contribute ideas to improve routines and increase reuse and recycling.

You will be stationed at Norremark in Växjö.

To succeed in this position, we believe that you:

• Have a high school education and an interest in the environment and sustainability.
• Have a B driver's license and access to a car (requirement).
• Are someone who thrives in a role with a lot of customer contact and enjoys taking responsibility.
• Have good computer skills and can express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
• Are service-oriented, flexible, self-motivated, and comfortable working both in teams and independently.

Meritorious: Wheel loader license and ADR training (at least 1.3).
