Project Manager – KraftPowercon, Växjö

Do you want to lead technically advanced projects that contribute to a more sustainable world? KraftPowercon is now looking for a driven and structured project manager for our office in Växjö, where we work with future technologies for power conversion including hydrogen production, fuel cells, and uninterruptible power supply. You will play a key role in driving both customer projects and development projects, in close collaboration with our large global customers and internal development teams.

Your main responsibilities:

• Lead projects from order to delivery.
• Ensure clear communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and follow up project plans, timelines, resource plans, and budgets.
• Ensure that internal processes are followed and that systems (ERP/PLM) are updated correctly.
• Coordinate project teams and manage daily operational project management.
• Contribute to product planning and strategic development work.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who has:

• A university or engineering degree, preferably with a focus on electronics or power electronics.
• Documented experience in project management within technology or industry.
• The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and experience working in international environments.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
