We are looking for someone to work as a summer employee at the recycling center in Markaryd. To be eligible for the position, you need to be available all summer and work according to a schedule, including some evenings and every other weekend.

As a recycling worker, you contribute to creating a positive customer experience and a well-functioning flow at the facility. You will, among other things:

- Meet and assist customers at the recycling center with correct waste sorting.
- Keep the facility organized, ensure containers are in proper condition, and make orders for material pickup.
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Contribute ideas to improve routines and increase reuse and recycling.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

To succeed in this role, we believe you:

- Have a high school education and an interest in the environment and sustainability.
- Have a B driver's license and access to a car.
- Enjoy a role with a lot of customer contact and like to take responsibility.
- Have good computer skills and can express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written.
- Are service-oriented, flexible, self-driven, and comfortable working both in a team and independently.

Preferred: Wheel loader license and ADR training (at least 1.3).
