Your mission

With us, you will have a varied and enjoyable role that includes direct physiotherapeutic interventions such as rehabilitation, maintenance, and improvement of physical functions. You will also conduct group training and provide guidance to staff, as well as engage in long-term organizational work to develop and improve our operations.

You will meet and assist various clients with issues such as breathing, musculoskeletal disorders, and neurological diseases. We have a gym equipped with various tools that provide excellent conditions for individual training.

Your experience

For this position, you are required to have:

• Qualified physiotherapist
• Experience in providing guidance and training
• Experience working with the elderly
• Good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form

It is advantageous if you also have:

• Experience with dementia
• Experience with Senior Alert and BPSD

Is this you?

As a physiotherapist, you will be responsible for strategic work such as fall prevention and supporting nursing staff in creating a more active daily life for the elderly. This includes training and guiding staff in transfer techniques and ensuring that our clients have the necessary aids.

You hold a degree in physiotherapy and preferably have experience working with the elderly. If you have an interest or are curious to learn more about working with individuals with dementia, that is a plus. You are a goal-oriented team player who enjoys contributing to development both in the short and long term. Furthermore, you see opportunities and appreciate seeing the results of your own and the team's collective efforts.

Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is essential for performing the job, as well as experience using digital systems (such as Senior Alert and BPSD).
