About us

Health Center Älvdalen is a pleasant and stable health center with a catchment area of about 5,000 inhabitants. Around 30 dedicated employees work together within all assignments of primary care. We have close cooperation, a strong sense of community, and a good working climate where dialogue, well-being, and professionalism permeate everyday life. Competence development is important to us, and we encourage education and further training based on both individual and organizational needs. We continuously work to develop our working methods and our team.

Working hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM according to schedule.

With us, you will have a varied and stimulating job that includes:

• Telephone counseling and counseling via chat
• Reception work, both planned and acute
• Independent work with your own assessments and the opportunity to complete treatment when possible

In addition to daily work, all employees also have specific areas of responsibility.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working independently, takes initiative, and at the same time sees the value of teamwork - as collaboration is a central part of our working method. We appreciate engagement, responsibility, and a positive attitude.

Requirements:

• Licensed nurse
• Valid driver's license (B)
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

• Relevant further education
• Experience in telephone counseling and reception work at a health center or outpatient clinic
• Experience in one of our areas of responsibility

This job involves direct and regular contact with children and/or young people.
