Your Role

Do you want to work with advanced function development in FPGA and contribute to the development of next-generation Electronic Warfare solutions for digital receivers? Then this could be an exciting opportunity for you.

With us, you will have the chance to deepen your skills in FPGA programming and work with technology in signal processing and algorithm development for digital receivers targeting platforms like GlobalEye.

You will be part of an agile and cross-functional team where you together develop and realize extensive FPGA-based solutions focusing on digital signal processing, algorithms, and efficient data flow management.

The role also offers the opportunity to participate in the development of system-level software and test environments.

In the development department, you will work alongside an experienced and engaged team characterized by a strong culture of collaboration. In close dialogue with specialists in software, system design, integration, and verification, you will jointly be responsible for the entire function chain - from idea and design to fully tested and verified function.

Your Profile

You are a driven and curious person who takes responsibility and has a strong ambition to develop and deepen your technical understanding. You share our interest in FPGA and embedded development and appreciate working together with others towards common goals.

• Relevant technical university education
• Good ability to work in English and Swedish, both orally and in writing
• Experience in FPGA development and implementation of advanced functions and systems in VHDL.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable regulations for security protection. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, involve requirements for specific citizenship.
