JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a driven and empathetic leader who is motivated to inspire and motivate your team. In this role, you will contribute to communication, planning, organizing, and managing daily work. You will lead your team to perform the work safely and qualitatively and have financial responsibility for your projects. QUALIFICATIONS

To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone who works in a structured manner and is used to planning, executing, following up, and delivering according to goals and timelines. You have a good ability to communicate and collaborate with others as the work is carried out in close collaboration with both your own workgroup and other technical branches.

Work tasks in the railway require you to be attentive, meticulous, and prioritize safety. Good computer skills/administrative ability and the capacity to learn and understand new data systems are important as, for example, follow-up, reporting, material orders, and control documentation in various data systems are included in the job tasks.

Furthermore, we are looking for someone who has:

• High school education in the electrical and energy program
• Driver's license B
• Good IT skills
• Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing

Desirable knowledge and experience:

• Completed advanced training in electrical power
• Work experience in electrical power
• Work experience in the railway industry
• We also see it as an advantage if you have previous experience of having personnel responsibility and driving projects, but the most important thing is that you enjoy creating good and respectful relationships.

Travel in the job and work outside regular office hours may occur.
